REACT AND BECOME
Your reaction to the world around you is constantly being monitored by your subconscious mind. With the subconscious mind always assessing our reaction and opinions, understanding the subconscious and how it interacts with us is a key factor in leading a progressive life.
WHAT IS THE SUBCONCIOUS MIND
The subconscious is the part of your mind that stores who we are. The subconscious mind does this by data storage. Your reactions and beliefs are recorded by the subconscious. The compiled data becomes who we are. One’s reaction to something in their life leads to a similar reaction on the same subject or situation, eventually becoming your only reaction rather you wanted to react in the same way or not. In some cases, this is welcomed; in others, it may begin to cause problems in your life socially and emotionally.
WAYS TO ENCOURAGE CHANGE
One’s daily sensory input plays a big part in influencing our beliefs, and our beliefs are recorded by our subconscious. From the company we keep down to our emotional response to our favorite color, these among many other reactions dictate who we are. You may ask yourself why this matters. I suppose it doesn’t if you are perfectly happy with yourself. On the other hand, if you’re someone who is interested in improving or all out manifesting a new you, you’re going to have to convince your subconscious before it takes on as a physical situation. The fastest way to change your mind is to change your response to life. Things like affirmations or chanting mantras that are geared towards the change of the old situation to be rewritten will help. A simple saying that reminds you to respond differently can make the world of difference in encouraging change.
CHANGING OLD OPINION
Your opinion of the world around you is all your subconscious cares about. The relationship between your subconsciousness and your opinion is a double-edged sword. While your subconscious has the ability to guide you, it also has the ability to reinforce negative behavior based off your opinion. How we speak to ourselves daily about our lives is recorded constantly by the subconscious. It is in your best interest to take a self-analysis daily of what your opinion is; in some cases, you may not agree with yourself. You may not want to react in a negative way, but it happens anyway, almost against your will. The subconscious plays a big role in our automatic response, almost as if forcing you to respond the same way you did the last time when presented with the same situation or similar. Becoming conscious of our use of opinion and emotions is the key to encouraging change that the subconscious is convinced by. Until the subconscious is convinced, the automatic response will resonate in the old, unfavorable way.

(EXAMPLE )
So, let’s use the example of money. Say you would like your subconscious to assist in attracting more wealth, specifically money. How you react mentally to money, how you react when you receive money, how you react when you see people with more money than you, and your complete reaction across the board to wealth, specifically money, is all recorded by your subconscious and makes up what is considered your true belief when it comes to money, as far your subconscious is concerned. So, if you’re not already content with your financial situation and would like your subconscious to assist you, you’re going to have to change your reaction to wealth across the board to convince your subconscious you’re sincerely interested in the change. This goes for every subject a human could want help with from the subconsciousness. Your reaction makes up the subconscious’s perception of you. From your favorite color to your reaction to your neighbor’s new haircut – all are recorded and dictate what your subconsciousness considers you to be. These conclusions are drawn by the subconscious based off our true internal opinion which only you and your subconscious can hear. So, you’re going to have to always be on top of your reaction internally, especially your reactions pertaining to the situation you would like to see improve. Things like positive affirmation focused on aspects of the change you’re aiming for are a good way to start. You’re literally going to have to defy your thoughts, especially the old way of thinking. Something as simple as saying mentally to yourself “No, that’s the old way of thinking. This is the new reaction,” and stating the new way can be very effective in encouraging the new reaction.
GRATEFUL GOODBYE
Keeping your mind focused on the things that you’re grateful for is a great way to keep your mind from responding to negative things. The grateful mind is a solution attractive mind. Gratitude will keep you from dwelling on the problem and convince your subconscious mind that you are interested in the solutions and not in focusing on the negative. This will only keep you focusing on the negative in other situations in your life, which would only translate to your subconscious that the negative in the situation is your belief and interest. Gratitude, on the other hand, tells your subconscious that you’re interested in the things that are going well in your life encouraging the subconscious to assist in attracting more things to be grateful for.
